    Waiting period of free medical care

    The waiting time for medical care provided in a scheduled form, including the waiting time for the medical care provision in a hospital, for individual diagnostic examinations, as well as consultations by medical specialists

    Planned medical care is provided in the order of priority within the following waiting periods for medical care:

    The waiting period for consultations of medical specialists:

    • when providing scheduled primary specialized medical and sanitary care, it is not more than 14 calendar days from the date of the patient's appeal to the State budgetary institution of health care “RCCH”
    • for orphans and children left without parental care, it is not more than 10 calendar days from the date of the patient's appeal to the hospital.

    The waiting time for diagnostic instrumental (radiographic studies, functional diagnostics, ultrasound) and laboratory tests:

    • When providing scheduled primary medical and sanitary care, it is not more than 14 calendar days from the date of appointment,
    • for orphans and children without parental care, it is not more than 10 calendar days from the date of appointment.

    Computed tomography waiting period:

    • When providing scheduled primary medical and sanitary care, it is not more than 30 calendar days from the appointment date,
    • for orphans and children without parental care, it is not more than 20 calendar days from the appointment date.

    The waiting period for the provision of scheduled specialized (except for high-tech) medical care:

    • it is not more than 30 calendar days from the date of issuance of a hospitalization referral by the attending physician (provided that the patient applies for hospitalization within the period recommended by the physician),
    • for orphans and children left without parental care it is not more than 20 calendar days from the date of issuance of a hospitalization referral by the attending physician (provided that the patient applies for hospitalization within the period recommended by the physician),

    The patient is referred for planned hospitalization by the attending physician in accordance with the clinical indications requiring hospital regimen, active therapy, and 24-hour medical supervision, as well as the date of the planned hospitalization is agreed. A referral for hospitalization is issued on an established form and is registered in a single online information resource of the Stavropol Region, intended for information support of insured persons when organizing the provision of medical care to them by medical insurance organizations in the Stavropol Region.

    In Stavropol territorial medical institutions, providing specialized medical care in inpatient and day hospital conditions, there is a waiting list for the provision of scheduled specialized medical care and information for citizens in an accessible form (including the use of the information and telecommunications network “Internet”), on the waiting periods for the specialized medical care provision, in accordance with the requirements of the Russian Federation legislation on personal data.
